“I always thought my dream was to be an up-and-coming star, acting alongside the best of the best: Meryl, Leo, Denzel. I started acting in community theaters at a young age, so that dream seemed pretty reachable for my five-year-old self. However, as I grew, my love for acting did not. I desired more, desired to learn something different. I wanted to find the spark again. The same spark I felt when I stepped onto the stage many years ago.

When I came to college, I took my first TV production class and found that spark again. I sat in the director’s chair, and as soon as I heard my first 3, 2, 1 countdown, it just felt right. Since then, I can’t get enough. Live television production gives me such a rush that I never hope to lose. It incorporates creativity and fast-paced problem-solving, which always keeps me on my toes. I love seeing a show come to life and getting to experience everyone working together towards a common goal.

My specialties include attention to detail, public speaking, writing, editing, and quickly learning new skills. I have experience with Avid Media Composer, Dalet Galaxy, Avid iNews, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, and Audition. I am always willing to pick up something new and try anything out for the first time. Beginning my television journey as a student producer has increased my knowledge of live production in many ways, and I cannot wait to add upon it in the near future. The show must always go on, and I hope to make that happen for many years to come.”
